In 2019 I entered the following short story in the BeaconLit competition. The story, which was to be written to the theme of ‘The Committee’, 
won third place. It’s entitled A Public/Private Enterprise and reads as an exchange of letters between two people. You can read it on the BeaconLit Blog.

Incredible Story. Initially you as the reader are on the side of Mr Gote ( as you identify with him) and slowly sway over to the Postmaster 🙂
